Michigan Language Assessment launched the Michigan Test Talk series on our YouTube channel earlier this year. Michigan Test Talks feature Michigan Language Assessment experts who share research findings and details about the exams and English language learning in general.
Educators who prepare students for the Michigan Tests can increase their understanding of the exams by learning from the team that creates them. For example, in the first three Michigan Test Talks, Director of Assessment Dr. Gad Lim explores listening and reading sub-skills. Dr. Lim discusses research based on the Michigan English Test (MET) and shares findings about the order in which learners develop certain sub-skills.
