ECCE is designed to assess your English competence in the real world.

The test includes the kinds of tasks that may be encountered in real life: writing an email, speaking to a colleague, listening to a presentation, and reading an article. Practice these tasks to prepare for ECCE!

The Writing, Listening, and Reading Sections are administered together in a single sitting. Writing requires a response to one of two options. Listening and reading questions are multiple-choice and have one correct answer. The Speaking Section is given separately and may be scheduled either before or after the written test.
