    • whose scheduled appointment has passed: Refunds will not be granted for circumstances including, but not limited to: rules violations, failing to satisfy identification requirements, not meeting technical requirements, missing your appointment, inability to successfully complete the check-in procedures, or failing to contact Technical Assistance or Candidate Care at Prometric’s request.
• Candidates who do not have a scheduled test date to take MET either at a Prometric test center or remotely and are within 90 days of the original purchase date may submit a written request to [email protected] for a full refund. If no written request is received within 90 days from the original purchase date, test taker forfeits all fees paid.
• Additional services are non-refundable; some exceptions may apply.
• Michigan-EPT test credits are final sale. No refunds will be granted.
